Pittsburgh Drug Manufacturing (PWID) Attorney
Know Your Rights. Fight for Them.
If you have been charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver (PWID) for manufacturing drugs or cultivating (growing) marijuana, you face some tough penalties, if convicted.
Usually a PWID is considered a felony and even a first offense can land you a minimum of one year in prison and a $5,000 fine. This doesn’t include any forfeiture of cash or property, such as your house or car, which the government may try to confiscate and resell if the alleged crime took place in your home or vehicle.
You have been charged with PWID in PA you were suspected of any of the following:
- Drug Manufacturing
- Drug Distribution
- Drug Trafficking

WHAT IS DRUG MANUFACTURING?
Drug manufacturing can mean running a drug laboratory, conspiring with others to manufacture drugs, growing marijuana, or running a meth lab.
Depending on the type of drug you are charged with manufacturing or cultivating and the amount of the drug that was seized, will determine the amount of fines you will have to pay and the amount of prison time you have to endure, if convicted.
It is important to remember that a drug charge is not a conviction. You have to be proven guilty to be convicted and face the penalties.
At Shrager Defense Attorneys, we understand that good people make mistakes and that many times innocent people are accused under false pretenses and misunderstandings, as well as illegal search and seizures.
We are compassionate Pittsburgh Criminal Lawyers who will fight relentlessly for your rights and your freedom and your property. We understand that you and your families are under a lot of anxiety and stress and we are here to help alleviate that stress and help you gain back control over your future.
