COVID-19 / Coronavirus Update
COVID-19 Update from Attorney David Shrager
Shrager Defense Attorneys are open and able to assist clients. We are working remotely and are available 24/7 for consultations via phone, FaceTime and other remote means. We are still handling all court appearances as directed by the Supreme Court.
Governor Wolf announced the discontinuance of physical operations of all non-life sustaining businesses across the Commonwealth in an effort to combat the spread of the COVID-19 (Corona) Virus.
As a result of this the entire staff of Shrager Defense Attorneys will be working remotely; however we will continue to service our clients and protect their rights through email, telephone, and/or other remote means of communication as well as doing court appearances.
While the Supreme Court substantially limits the business of the Court during this time, “essential hearings” such as preliminary arraignments, preliminary hearings for incarcerated individuals, Gagnon I hearings, and bail hearings are still being heard throughout the Commonwealth. We remain available to be present and assist in these and other criminal defense matters
We are moving any in person appointments that have been previously scheduled to these alternative means of communication. In addition, any newly scheduled appointments will be made to be conducted in the same manner.
Thank you for your continued patience and support and for allowing us to continue to serve our valued clients during this difficult time. As always, I am available 24/7 on my cell 412-969-2540.
